⚠️ ISRAEL PLACES SECURITY SERVICES ON MAXIMUM ALERT AS TRUMP CONSIDERS STRIKE OPTIONS AGAINST IRAN AMID REGIME CRACKDOWN; IRAN FACES NATIONWIDE LETHAL CRACKDOWN AS INTERNET BLACKOUT CONTINUES AND SECURITY CONTROL SHIFTS TO IRGC
🕑 January 11, 2026 | 8:00 AM
⚠️ Israel raises alert level: Israel has moved to a state of maximum alert following images emerging from Iran and public threats from U.S. President Trump toward Tehran, according to Israeli Channel 13.
The New York Times reported that President Trump has not made a final decision but is seriously considering authorizing strikes in response to the Iranian regime’s efforts to suppress demonstrations set off by widespread economic grievances. Officials said the president has been presented with a range of options, including strikes on nonmilitary sites in Tehran, with sources speaking on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the discussions.
The New York Times also reported that President Trump has been briefed in recent days on fresh military strike options as he considers how to respond to the Islamic Republic’s crackdown on protesters. Separately, Axios reported that U.S. Secretary of State Rubio held a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on Saturday, during which the two discussed protests in Iran, along with Gaza and Syria.
🚨 Reports of mass fatalities and a widening crackdown: Two eyewitnesses who visited Kahrizak in search of their loved ones told Iran International they saw more than 400 bodies there. On Friday alone, 44 bodies were transferred to Madani Hospital in Karaj and 36 to Ghaem Hospital in Karaj, with medical sources in other cities also reporting a high number of fatalities.
🔴 Indications of widespread killings amid limited visibility: Informed sources told Iran International that security forces are using deadly force nationwide during a near-total internet shutdown. Footage from multiple locations, including Kahrizak south of Tehran, Fardis in Karaj, and hospitals in eastern Tehran, shows numerous bodies, suggesting killings not confined to a few cities, with similar accounts emerging from Ilam and Kermanshah. The internet shutdown has continued for more than 60 consecutive hours. The blackout that began on January 8 has severely limited verification, yet consistent reports continue to arrive through narrow channels, including Starlink users primarily in major cities, leaving large areas with little visibility. Even so, journalists report credible indications that protests persist nationwide. Conservative estimates suggest at least 2,000 people may have been killed over the past 48 hours, including reports of a single hospital in Rasht receiving at least 70 bodies.
❗️ Security control centralized as unrest escalates: Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is described as confronting an existential crisis as nationwide unrest intensifies. He reportedly distrusts parts of the regular security apparatus and has transferred responsibility for suppressing protests to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, signaling the regime now views the situation as a threat to its survival rather than a containable protest movement.
Reports describe four remaining options, each carrying severe risk. The regime is currently pursuing full repression, including lethal force, snipers, mass arrests, sweeping internet and phone blackouts, power cuts, and total security mobilization. Limited concessions or dialogue are described as a possible de-escalation path but one that could signal weakness and accelerate collapse. External escalation through regional confrontation could rally hard-liners but risks overwhelming retaliation and catastrophic miscalculation. Exile is presented as a final option, with potential destinations including Moscow or Najaf, and would be a clear admission of failure that would effectively end his ability to rule.

🛡️ IDF ENFORCES CEASEFIRE RED LINES AGAINST HEZBOLLAH IN SOUTHERN LEBANON AS ISRAEL SIGNALS SUPPORT FOR IRANIAN PROTESTERS AND MAINTAINS HEIGHTENED DEFENSIVE READINESS
🕑 January 11, 2026 | 2:45 PM
💥 IDF strikes in southern Lebanon: In response to Hezbollah’s continued violations of ceasefire understandings, the IDF is striking Hezbollah terror infrastructure in southern Lebanon. Multiple strikes were reported in the Iqlim El Tuffah mountain range near Rihan in the South Governorate.
❗️ Iran protest death toll assessments: Israeli and U.S. officials told Axios that the true death toll is likely several times higher than the 116 reported Saturday by the human rights group HRANA. An Israeli defense source assessed that at least 1,000 protesters have been killed, with the toll possibly significantly higher.
🇮🇱 Israeli leadership statements on Iran:
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said: "We support the Iranian people's struggle for freedom and wish them success". He also called on his German counterpart, Johann Wadephul, to designate the IRGC as a "terrorist organization," adding: "The EU must classify the IRGC as a terrorist organization."
Prime Minister Netanyahu said: "We all hope that the Iranian nation will soon be freed from the yoke of tyranny. When the regime falls, we will do good things together for both peoples. We hope that the day will come when we will be at peace with Iran".
Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen said: "We must prepare for every scenario in Iran without intervening, and the Iranian people should take their destiny into their own hands".
🪖 IDF monitoring and defensive posture: IDF military correspondents were briefed that several situation assessments were held over the weekend, led by the Chief of Staff. The IDF stated that the protests are an internal Iranian matter, while confirming it remains on defensive alert and is continuously improving capabilities and operational readiness, adding: "We will know how to respond forcefully if required."
Galei Tzahal reported that the security services informed the political leadership they are not monitoring any Iranian preparations for an immediate attack on Israel.
🇮🇷 Iranian president response: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian accused external involvement in the unrest, stating: "They brought terrorists into the country from abroad. They set fire to mosques. They set fire people, beheaded some. These people do not belong to this country. If someone belongs to this country, let them protest, and we will hear their protest, listen to it, and solve it. They are killing innocent people on the scene, setting fires; this is not something that can be accepted. America and Israel are sitting there, teaching them: 'Go ahead, we are here too'. The same ones who struck this country and killed our youths and children are now ordering these people to do this work".

🕑 January 11, 2026 | 6:30 PM
‼️ Israeli government readiness: Israeli ministers have been instructed to remain on alert and avoid travel or unavailability in the coming days. The directive was issued amid recent regional developments and tensions linked to Iran.
❗️ Israeli assessments on Iran: According to recent Israeli estimates, there is a tangible possibility of the Iranian government being overthrown. Iranian opposition channels estimate fatalities have surpassed 5,000.
🇺🇸 U.S. posture and timing signals: Yediot Ahronoth reported: "The Israeli army's assessment is that the United States may postpone the attack on Iran." The Wall Street Journal reported that President Trump is expected to receive a comprehensive briefing on Tuesday on possible courses of action in response to the protests in Iran, including economic and technological measures, and noted that two days could be significant for the regime’s efforts to suppress the protests.
❗️ U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham issues warning on regional violence. He said: “If I were you, Mr. President, I would kill the leadership that is murdering the people. Hamas and Hezbollah will be eliminated, there will be peace between Israel and Saudi Arabia — it would be the best thing that has happened in the region in the last 1,000 years. If not — it will be the worst thing that has happened.”
🇮🇷 Reza Pahlavi addresses Iran protests in interview with Fox News. He said: “This is an opportunity to free the people. A chance to rejoin the free world. This regime has spread evil throughout the world. We want good relations with the Israelis, with our Arab neighbors, and with the entire world.” He also said: “We want to put an end to the regime for the sake of the entire world — and establish good relations with Israel.”

🎯 IDF ENFORCES CEASEFIRE RED LINES WITH HEZBOLLAH STRIKES AND TERRORIST ELIMINATIONS IN LEBANON AND GAZA
🕑 January 11, 2026 | 9:30 PM
💥 IDF strikes in southern Lebanon following Hezbollah violations: A short while ago, in response to Hezbollah’s continuous violations of the ceasefire understandings, the IDF struck a Hezbollah terrorist in the Bint Jbeil area in southern Lebanon. Earlier today, the IDF also struck shafts used for weapons storage in southern Lebanon, followed later by an additional strike on an underground weapons storage site belonging to Hezbollah.
The underground site had been struck approximately a week ago after the IDF notified the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) about ongoing terrorist activity originating from the site. The LAF inspected the site, but the terror infrastructure was not fully dismantled, so the IDF struck it again today. Prior to the strike, advance warnings were issued to mitigate harm to civilians. Hezbollah activity at these sites violates the understandings between Israel and Lebanon and poses a threat to the State of Israel.
🔹 Regional notice to residents in the north: The Mateh Yosef Regional Council in the Western Galilee informed residents that explosion sounds may be heard in the Galilee area and the northern Golan Heights due to IDF strikes in Lebanon. At this stage, there is no change to the situation assessment or to civilian guidelines.
🎯 Terrorist eliminated after crossing the Yellow Line in southern Gaza: Earlier today, IDF troops in the southern Gaza Strip identified a terrorist who crossed the Yellow Line and approached the forces, posing an immediate threat. The Israeli Air Force struck and eliminated the terrorist to remove the threat to the troops.
⚖️ Jerusalem legal update: The house arrest of the driver suspected of running over 14-year-old Yosef Aizental during a demonstration in Jerusalem has been extended until Wednesday. His driver’s license has also been suspended for 90 days.

⚠️ ISRAEL WARNS OF FORCEFUL RESPONSE TO ANY IRANIAN ATTACK AS TRUMP WEIGHS MILITARY OPTIONS AND IRGC USES HEAVY WEAPONS AGAINST UNREST; PRESIDENT TRUMP BRIEFED ON IRAN PROTEST DEATH TOLL AS VISUALS FROM HOSPITALS SHOW SCALE OF CRACKDOWN
🕑 January 11, 2026 | 10:00 PM
⚠️ Israel monitors Iran amid internal unrest and U.S. deliberations: Israel is closely tracking Iran’s internal instability and military posture, including the mobilization of Iranian security forces. Current Israeli assessments indicate that Tehran is unlikely to initiate an attack on Israel while facing an escalating domestic crisis, though vigilance remains high.
🇮🇱 Israel delivers a clear deterrence message: Israeli ministers were briefed that any Iranian attempt to harm Israel or its citizens would trigger a forceful response from Jerusalem. A senior Israeli official told Channel 12 that the Iranian regime, in its current form, is approaching its end. “It will take as long as it takes,” the official said, “but it will never return to what it was.” The official added that a potential U.S. strike under President Trump—one Israel believes is increasingly likely—could bring about the strategic shift Israel has long anticipated.
🇺🇸 Trump weighs intervention as unrest deepens: Against this backdrop, U.S. President Donald Trump is reportedly “seriously inclined” to support Iranian protesters, according to CNN, and is actively weighing multiple military options regarding Iran. Senior officials told i24 News that Trump has already decided to attack Iran, with the remaining question being the timing and method. A senior U.S. official told CBS that Trump has been briefed on new strike options, including cyber capabilities, and confirmed that the administration supports Elon Musk’s decision to provide Starlink devices to help restore internet access inside Iran.
🚨 President Trump has received recent briefings on the reported death toll from Iran’s protest crackdown, as military options are being considered. He was also shown visual material from inside Iran showing bodies in Iranian hospitals.
⚰️ Human rights groups say the minimum death toll has surged into the thousands, with at least 500+ deaths confirmed. Horrifying reports and images coming out of countless protesters being killed across Iran. Reported death tolls range from 2,000 up to 6,000 people killed. Videos and eyewitness accounts describe bodies on hospital floors, including at Alghadir Hospital in eastern Tehran, with families searching for missing relatives at sites such as the Kahrizak Forensic Medicine Center.
Footage shows families identifying protesters reportedly shot in the head or chest, amid reports of direct gunfire on demonstrators. Reports also say Iranian security forces have monitored body claims and raided hospitals to arrest injured protesters and relatives, including incidents reported at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ilam and Sina Hospital in Tehran.
🔥 IRGC escalates force inside Iran: As unrest continues, Iran International reported that in several small cities that have slipped partially out of regime control, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has carried out violent attacks using heavy machine guns, automatic weapons, and advanced military arms—underscoring the regime’s increasing reliance on force to maintain control.

🛡️ TRUMP SIGNALS POSSIBLE U.S. STRIKES OVER IRAN PROTESTER KILLINGS AS ISRAEL RAISES AVIATION ALERT, IRAN ISSUES THREATS, COMMUNICATIONS ARE BLACKED OUT, AND WESTERN STATES WARN OF REGIONAL SPILLOVER
🕑 January 12, 2026 | 9:00 AM
⚠️ President Trump signals red-line enforcement over Iran: Aboard Air Force One, President Trump confirmed the administration is in contact with Iranian opposition leaders. When asked about the message to them, he replied: “You’re going to find out pretty soon.” Trump said Iran has crossed his red line regarding the killing of protesters, adding: “There appear to be people being killed who should not be killed.” He stated that very strong options are being considered and that the military is studying the matter.
Israeli intelligence assessment and U.S. military signaling: Israeli defense officials told Axios that Israeli intelligence assessments indicate more than 1,000 Iranian protesters have been killed.
⚠️ Iran contacts Washington as Trump keeps military option open: President Trump said Iran has reached out and that efforts are underway to coordinate a meeting. He said strikes could still occur before any meeting takes place, citing events on the ground as a potential trigger. He added that Iran’s leaders “are tired of being BEAT UP by the US” and that Iran wants to negotiate, while reiterating that the U.S. is examining strong options to support the protesters.
⚠️ Opposition messaging and international departure warnings: After 2:00 a.m. Tehran time, Reza Pahlavi said in a video message: “Iran’s freedom is near. The spilled blood of Iran’s eternal sons guides us to victory. We are not alone. International assistance will arrive soon. Stay tuned for my next messages.” The Australian Foreign Ministry instructed its citizens to leave Iran immediately, warning those who remain to be prepared to shelter in place with supplies of water, food, and medication.
Separately, reports have emerged of U.S. military aircraft movements near Iran following a White House post stating: “God bless our troops.”
❗️ Direct threat exchange between Iran and the United States: After Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Ghalibaf warned that a U.S. attack would make “the occupied territories” and U.S. military and shipping centers legitimate targets, President Trump responded: “If Iran attacks U.S. bases in the region, we will strike them at levels they have never been hit before.”
⚠️ Israeli aviation alert raised: Transport Minister Miri Regev said: “The alert level in the Israeli Airports Authority has been raised.”
❗️ Communications blackout and protest decline inside Iran: Iran has reportedly used military-grade jamming to block or heavily interfere with Starlink, affecting up to 80% of Starlink traffic in some areas. Iran has now been without internet for more than 80 hours, with few new videos emerging today. Reports say protests have declined sharply over the past two days, with opposition leaders calling on the United States and Israel to intervene militarily.
🔹 Regional spillover concerns and UK political pressure on IRGC designation: Many of Iran’s neighbors fear the country could slide into a Syria-style civil war, including separatist uprisings in provinces populated by Kurds, Baluchis, and other minorities that could spill across borders. In the UK, pressure is mounting on Prime Minister Keir Starmer to designate the IRGC as a terrorist organization, with senior Labour figures joining leading members of the Conservatives and Reform in calling for the move.

🛡️ NETANYAHU TESTIMONY CUT SHORT FOR CLOSED-DOOR JUDICIAL REVIEW AS WESTERN STATES ISSUE IRAN EXIT WARNINGS AND AIRLINES HALT FLIGHTS OVER SECURITY DETERIORATION
🕑 January 12, 2026 | 3:30 PM
‼️ During his court testimony, Netanyahu received an envelope from his lawyers and requested to end today’s session early at 1:30 p.m.
Netanyahu told the court the matter was important and said he could explain it behind closed doors. The judges ordered a recess and held a discussion with Netanyahu and the prosecutor’s office.
The judges agreed to the request, and Netanyahu’s testimony concluded at 1:30 p.m.
⚠️ Several governments, including at least two members of the Five Eyes alliance, have updated travel advisories urging their citizens to leave Iran if they are currently there. These updates go beyond standard “do not travel” guidance and explicitly recommend departing as soon as it is safe.
While wording varies, the message is consistent. Multiple Western governments, including key intelligence-sharing partners, are signaling heightened concern about Iran’s internal stability and advising citizens to leave while exit options remain available.
🇺🇸🇦🇺 The United States and Australia issued the clearest advisories. They cited widespread unrest, serious security risks, arbitrary detention, and limited consular access, warning that conditions are volatile and that foreign nationals, including dual citizens, face elevated danger.
🇬🇧🇨🇦 The United Kingdom and Canada continue to warn against travel. Both stress that their ability to assist citizens inside Iran is extremely limited, and Canada has updated its advisory asking citizens to leave Iran if they can do so safely.
🇳🇿 New Zealand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade urged its citizens to leave Iran immediately. The advisory recommends departure by any means possible.
🇯🇵 Japan raised its travel alert for Iran. According to Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi, most of Iran, including Tehran, has been placed at Level 3 on Japan’s warning scale, which recommends people “avoid all travel,” while some border areas remain at Level 4, the most severe rating, urging people in the country to evacuate.
✈️ Several international airlines have temporarily suspended flights to Iran, affecting routes to Tehran and multiple other Iranian cities.
🇦🇪 Flydubai has halted all flights to Iran, including services to Tehran, Shiraz, Mashhad, and Bandar Abbas. Emirates has also suspended multiple services to Tehran and other cities.
🌍 Additional airlines that have paused flights include Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways on Doha to Tehran and other routes, and Turkish Airlines on routes to Tehran, Tabriz, Mashhad, Isfahan, and Shiraz.
🛫 Other suspensions involve AJet (AnadoluJet), Pegasus Airlines, Austrian Airlines on the Vienna to Tehran route, and SalamAir on Muscat to Tehran and Shiraz services.
📌 Other airlines reported to have temporarily suspended flights to Iran include Jazeera Airways, Kuwait Airways, and China Southern Airlines.

⚠️ ISRAEL WARNS BEIRUT IT IS PREPARED TO EXECUTE A WIDE-RANGING, DESTRUCTIVE MILITARY PLAN IN LEBANON IF HEZBOLLAH ENTERS A POTENTIAL ISRAEL–IRAN CONFLICT, SIGNALING CLEAR DETERRENCE AND RED-LINE ENFORCEMENT
🕑 January 12, 2026 | 4:00 PM
⚠️ Warning delivered via international envoys to Beirut: Lebanon has recently received clear messages from Israel through international envoys who visited Beirut. Israel warned it has prepared a “very extensive and destructive” military plan if Hezbollah intervenes in a war that could break out between Israel and Iran.
‼️ Israeli officials cite a prior warning before the 12-day war: Israeli officials said this follows a similar pattern, noting Israel sent a comparable message to Hezbollah ahead of the 12-day war.
💩 Lebanon signals intent to consolidate state control over weapons: Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said the government is determined to implement the second phase of its plan to confiscate weapons and place them under state control, followed by additional phases.
⚠️ U.S. military posture may expand in the Middle East: President Trump could announce the deployment of an aircraft carrier to the Middle East within the coming week.
❗️ Iranian leadership issues direct threats and accusations: Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf addressed pro-government demonstrators in Enqelab Square, warning President Trump not to believe what he called lies and threatening that U.S. facilities in the region would be destroyed.
He said: “Delusional Trump, do not believe the lies they tell you. We have heard that you have threatened Iran; Iran's defenders will teach you an unforgettable lesson. Come and see — all your facilities in the region will be destroyed.”
❗️ Iran accuses Israel and the U.S. of fueling unrest: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqhchi said Iran has documents indicating American and Israeli interference in what he described as terrorist activities.
He stated: “Mossad agents are monitoring the protests, and their interventions are responsible for the violence and killings that have taken place. The Zionist entity bears direct responsibility, and the Americans also share responsibility due to their statements that encouraged violence.”
Araqhchi added: “The nationwide protests were deliberately turned into violence in order to provide a pretext for military intervention by the US.”
🚫 Europe weighs sanctions while UK rules out IRGC designation: The European Union said it is considering new sanctions against Iran.
UK Business Secretary Peter Kyle said Britain will not designate the IRGC as a terrorist organization, stating that London has exhausted its sanctions tools and that counterterror legislation is not appropriate for targeting state institutions.

⚠️ ISRAELI HEALTH MINISTRY INSTRUCTS HOSPITALS TO PREPARE FOR RAPID SHIFT TO EMERGENCY OPERATIONS AMID REGIONAL TENSIONS; ISRAEL RAISES ALERT LEVEL AMID IRAN DEVELOPMENTS AS U.S. SIGNALS STRONG OPTIONS AND REGIONAL TENSIONS INTENSIFY
🕑 January 12, 2026 | 6:30 PM
🏨 Hospital readiness reminder issued
Against the backdrop of escalating tensions involving Iran, the Israeli Health Ministry sent hospitals a procedural reminder on how to transition quickly from routine operations to emergency mode. Channel 12 reported the Ministry stressed there is no change in the current situation assessment.
The guidance follows lessons identified during the war and Operation “Am Kalavi,” which highlighted the need for faster and clearer shifts when alert levels change. The instructions are intended to enable immediate action once an official change in alert status is issued, with additional situation-specific directives to follow after a formal assessment by the National Health Operations Center.
The Ministry emphasized the reminder is part of an internal lessons-learned process and does not reflect a change in readiness. The healthcare system remains at Alert Level B, and no additional preparedness actions are required at this stage.
‼️ Israeli security services have raised the alert level and are preparing for multiple contingencies in light of developments involving Iran, including scenarios tied to a potential U.S. attack and corresponding regional responses.
⛔ Prime Minister Netanyahu’s government has been instructed not to comment publicly on the possibility of intervention in Iran.
⚠️ US State Department: “President Trump is considering a series of strong options regarding Iran”
🛜 Israeli citizens are receiving SMS messages on their devices, very likely originating from Iran’s cyber cell: "The midnight sky will shine. Comets that are not stars. Meteors that are not meteors and suddenly terrifying sounds..."
❗️ Iran’s Supreme National Security Council chief Ali Larijani was asked about President Trump’s threats and replied: "Trump talks too much, don't take him seriously. The overwhelming presence of Iranians in the streets shows that our people are ready to settle the scores with America and Israel."
🔸 Massive anti-government protests are planned for tonight across Iran.
🔹 President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola stated: "As the brave people of Iran continue to stand up for their rights and their liberty, today I have taken the decision to ban all diplomatic staff and any other representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran from all European Parliament premises."
🔹 Iran has summoned the French, German, Italian, and UK envoys over their countries’ support for the protests, according to the Iranian foreign ministry.
📞 Iran confirms open communication with U.S. envoy: Iran’s Foreign Ministry said there are open channels between Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and White House envoy Steve Witkoff.
Outreach followed President Trump’s military threats tied to protests in Iran, Axios reported. "Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi reached out to White House envoy Steve Witkoff over the weekend amid President Trump's threats of military force against the regime in support of the recent protests. The outreach seemed to be an effort by Iran to deescalate with the US, or at least buy more time before Trump orders any action to further weaken the regime. Araghchi and Witkoff have discussed potentially holding a meeting in the coming days," – Axios.
According to a source with knowledge of the contacts, Araghchi and Witkoff discussed potentially holding a meeting in the coming days.

🚨 U.S. CONFIRMS ADVANCED MILITARY PLANNING AGAINST IRAN AS REGIONAL FORCES READY, TEHRAN ISSUES WARNINGS, AND ISRAEL ADVANCES A MULTI-YEAR IDF FORCE-BUILDING PROGRAM
🕑 January 12, 2026 | 7:00 PM
🚨 A U.S. official told Al Jazeera: "Our forces in the Middle East are ready for any emergency, any mission, and to defend themselves and our interests. The planning of military options against Iran has reached advanced stages. Military options against Iran are being designed according to circumstances and developments."
⚠️ At 5:30 PM Israel time, a meeting took place between Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who also serves as National Security Advisor. Rubio holds very hardline positions regarding Iran.
❗️ Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqhchi said, “There are those who are trying to drag Washington into war in order to serve Israel's interests.” He added, “We have a large and extensive military preparedness compared to what we had during the last war. If Washington wants to test the military option it has previously tested, we are ready for it.” Iran’s Supreme National Security Council stated, “Our forces have prepared plans to respond to any possible American or Israeli attack.”
🇮🇱 Israel is preparing a new multi-year military buildup anchored in the IDF’s 2026–2030 force-building plan, known as “Choshen,” as outlined in an official Israel Defense Forces article. The plan is based on lessons from October 7 and the ongoing war and is intended to prepare the IDF for future high-intensity, multi-front conflicts.
The plan defines 12 core focus areas, including manpower, war readiness, border defense, air and missile defense, long-range threats with an emphasis on Iran, ground maneuver, intelligence, digital and AI systems, robotics, and space, alongside cross-cutting efforts on efficiency, technological surprise, and organizational culture.
Separately, Israel Hayom reported that ₪350 billion, approximately $95–100 billion USD at current exchange rates, will be allocated to the IDF for preparedness for future wars. The report does not specify a timeframe, but the scale strongly indicates a multi-year program rather than a single-year defense budget.
Taken together, the two reports suggest the ₪350 billion allocation is intended to finance the Choshen multi-year plan, supporting weapons procurement and stockpiling, air force and missile defense expansion, intelligence and cyber upgrades, reserve readiness and training, and domestic defense manufacturing capacity. The exact duration and annual breakdown have not yet been made public.
