Palestinian terrorists fired three rockets tonight from Gaza, targeting civilians at a music show in the Israeli city of Sderot.

Israel will not hesitate to defend itself from Iranโ€™s terrorist henchmen, Hamas in Gaza or Quds Force in Syria.

Hezbollah terrorists attack UN peacekeepers in South Lebanon.

Hezbollah is:

๐Ÿ”บAn Iranian terrorist proxy

๐Ÿ”บThat endangers civilians in Lebanon and Israel

๐Ÿ”บBullies UNIFIL in violation of UN Security Council Rresolution 1701

๐Ÿ”บPoses a grave threat to Lebanon & regional stability.

MFA press release - UNIFIL's mandate renewal:

Israel appreciates the efforts made by the USA and other countries to guarantee better implementation of UNIFIL's mandate in south Lebanon.

The restrictions posed by Hezbollah and the State of Lebanon on UNIFIL continue to significantly hinder the full and effective implementation of its mandate.

New and disturbing evidence of Hezbollah attacking UNIFIL soldiers and obstructing them from executing their mandate was revealed yesterday. This evidence should have pushed those who care about the safety and stability of Lebanon to use this mandate renewal opportunity to take a stronger position on the fundamental issue of ensuring full access to the force.

Should these restrictions remain, UNIFILโ€™s relevance is questionable.

Fire and Rescue Commissioner Dedy Simhi is directing preparations in Israel, while the Israeli embassy and the IDF Military Attachรฉ in Brasilia are coordinating with the Brazilian authorities.

For five years, Hamas terrorists have been holding Avera Mengistu in captivity in Gaza.

Avera, an Israeli civilian with special needs, is held in violation of all humanitarian norms.

The international community must act to #FreeAvera, along with the Israeli national Hisham al-Sayed & the bodies of IDF soldiers Hadar Goldin & Oron Shaul, all held by Hamas in Gaza.

The Iranian Regime is using proxies in Lebanon ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ง , Syria ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ, Yemen ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ช and Iraq ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ to destabilize the Middle East, one attack at a time.

Iran heavily relies on its largest proxy, Lebanon-based terrorist organization Hezbollah, to spread violence and war in the region. In the past three decades, Hezbollah has killed and injured thousands of Israelis in rocket attacks, suicide bombings and kidnappings.

The Iranian proxy's ongoing activities in Lebanon and around the ๐ŸŒŽ endanger Lebanese and Israeli civilians and pose a grave threat to regional stability.

We share in the grief of the victims' families and wish the wounded a speedy recovery.
Israel gravely views the verdict given today in Russia concerning Israeli citizen Naama Issachar.

This is a substantial and disproportionate punishment for a young Israeli with no criminal record, who arrived in Moscow with the intention of catching a connecting flight on her way home to Israel.

Unfortunately, Russian authorities have not as yet heeded our requests to conduct the case appropriately in accordance to the circumstances of her arrest.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to express its disgust with the vandalism to war graves at the British war cemetery in Haifa.

We wholeheartedly condemn this hate crime, in which those responsible chose to smash and draw swastikas on gravestones of Commonwealth soldiers killed during the two world wars.

The incident is being investigated by the Israel Police. We expect a swift and successful conclusion of the investigation, at the end of which the perpetrators will be brought to justice.

We thank our partners from the British Commonwealth countries and especially the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) for their commitment and actions to repair the damage and to restore the cemetery to its previous high standard.
Today begins the week-long Jewish holiday of Sukkot - during which we commemorate the portable dwellings where the Jewish people lived for 40 years, following the liberation from slavery in Egypt, thousands of years ago.
