Loads of old buildings are bought with organised crime/old Ra money. Lots of people need money who aren't laundering, just stuck with old buildings worth nothing, rotting.
If you wanted to get the entire shitbox that you parked your cash into redone into a brand new building for nothing, all you have to do now is raise the prospect of scammigrants being housed there, wait a few weeks, then burn the fucker down via a cut out.
Anyone with money could do it. Paul Murphy knows all this, as does every plant far left politician in Dublin, particularly the likes of Gino Kenny and other organised crime fronts. As does all of FFG, they know full well.
It's the easiest money in the world right now in this country.
