🚨 Attempted child abduction in Dublin 1.
A Dublin woman has posted that at around 9:45pm on Monday a foreign man dragged a young girl into a red van at the junction of Yarnhall Street & Henrietta place off Bolton St in the north inner city.
The girl managed to escape the van and ran into the flats screaming but the man chased after her and tried to drag her back out.
After two separate neighbours went to investigate the commotion, the man fled on foot. It is believed CCTV footage from a pub managed to record the incident.
Video taken at scene show the van parked on Yarnhall St subsequently being on fire.
Locals have expressed horror, especially as so many of their children play around that area.
"It's absolutely heartbreaking for the young girls growing up, that's who I'm afraid for. It's disgraceful. This government just does not give two shites about Irish people. May god forgive them for letting all these dirty filthy scumbags in. No one is safe any more. Sad times."
