• Proven experience in creating and reviewing LOTO procedures (not just performing basic LOTO steps)
• Familiarity with hazardous energy control standards (electrical isolation, mechanical blockage, pressure release, etc.)
• Experience in large-scale industrial, power plant, or solar PV projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, inverters, transformers, and HV/MV equipment
• Relevant certifications preferred: o OSHA/LOTO certification o HSE/Safety training certificates (OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.)
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
• 3+ years of relevant site experience Preferred Candidates:
