Hamidreza Dorostkar, a political prisoner held in Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz, continues to be denied reinstatement to the prison's open-leave program. Despite meeting the legal requirements, prison and judicial authorities have refused for months to restore this privilege.

On Tuesday, June 23, as the crackdown on Baha'i citizens in Shiraz continued, three members of the Baha'i community were arrested by security forces. Sima Septo and Nahid Falahati were detained at their homes and taken to an undisclosed location, while Saeed Hassani was arrested at his workplace and transferred to Adelabad Prison in Shiraz.

According to published reports, security agents raided the homes of Sima Septo and Nahid Falahati on Tuesday morning and arrested both women. روز سه‌شنبه ۲ تیرماه، همزمان با ادامه بازداشت شهروندان بهائی در شیراز، سه شهروند این جامعه مذهبی توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند. در این میان، سیما سپتو و ناهید فلاحتی پس از بازداشت در منازل خود به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شدند و سعید حسنی پس از بازداشت در محل کارش به زندان عادل‌آباد شیراز انتقال یافت.

بر اساس گزارش‌های منتشرشده، مأموران امنیتی صبح روز سه‌شنبه با مراجعه به منازل سیما سپتو و ناهید فلاحتی، این دو شهروند بهائی را بازداشت کردند. تاکنون هیچ‌گونه اطلاعاتی درباره نهاد مسئول بازداشت، محل نگهداری یا دلایل بازداشت آنان منتشر نشده و خانواده‌های این دو شهروند نیز از وضعیت آنها بی‌اطلاع هستند.

Rezvaneh Khanbeigi, an activist and political prisoner who spent most of her pregnancy behind bars, has been summoned to return to prison to serve the remainder of her sentence. According to a statement she released, her daughter, Mahfar Lalehzari, who is under two years old, will be forced to accompany her to Evin Prison. Khanbeigi's husband, Behfar Lalehzari, is also currently imprisoned.

Khanbeigi and her husband were arrested by security forces on September 18, 2023. They were initially transferred to Qarchak Prison in Varamin before being moved to Evin Prison. In January 2024, they were sentenced to 10 years in prison on charges of assembly and collusion against national security and disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic. Although the verdict was upheld on appeal, their prison terms were later reduced to 20 months.

Khanbeigi remained in prison until the final month of her pregnancy. After the birth of her daughter, the implementation of the remainder of her sentence was temporarily suspended, but her sentence was not reduced. She has now been ordered to return to prison to serve the rest of her sentence.

خانم خان‌بیگی و همسرش در ۲۷ شهریور ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند. پس از انتقال به زندان‌های قرچک ورامین و سپس اوین، این زوج در دی‌ماه همان سال به اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت داخلی» و «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شدند. این حکم در مرحله تجدیدنظر در نهایت به ۲۰ ماه حبس کاهش یافت. اجرای بخشی از محکومیت رضوانه خان‌بیگی پس از تولد فرزندش برای مدتی متوقف شد، اما از میزان محکومیت او کاسته نشد و اکنون برای سپری کردن باقی‌مانده آن احضار شده است.

این خانواده طی سال‌های گذشته بارها هدف یورش نیروهای امنیتی قرار گرفته‌اند. منزل آنان چندین مرتبه تفتیش شده و به گفته منابع، بازجویان نیز بارها آن‌ها را تهدید کرده‌اند. همچنین خان‌بیگی اعلام کرده است که در جریان رسیدگی به پرونده، او و همسرش از دسترسی به وکیل و حمایت حقوقی مؤثر محروم بوده‌اند.
