• Lead the process of requirement identification from stakeholders for project portfolio
• Develop and revise project plan based on the business goal and stakeholders requirements
• Manage negotiation with vendors , supplier , contractors on scoping , planning ,delivery of different project
• Manage relationships between internal parties in project and external stakeholders
• Ensuring the program milestones are on time and within the budget
• Drive reporting systems to management team and other parties in projects
• Facilitate communication between program stakeholders
• Act as the company representative for Turnkey project with suppliers and vendors
• Identifying project risks and provide mitigation/acceptance plan
• Lead project office team members and ensure they are performing at the high level of productivity
• Provide analytical view on the critical decision whiting the project
• Act as advisor to project stakeholders and management team on solving problems and challenges
