Job Description:
Senior Engineers for NOC Operations (7+ Years recent Ericsson NOC L1/L2 experience)
• Main responsibility is to provide and share previous experience from a radio swap project performing the below tasks related to site rollout and transition to operations:
o Tracking and updating of accepted sites and clusters and act as single point of contact to vendor rollout team
o Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration and fine tuning tasks for on-air sites i.e. adjacencies, frequency tuning, rehoming, parameter changes etc.
o KPI performance monitoring, trend analysis and reporting
o Support day-to-day operational requirements on normal routine
o Support change management and business continuity activities for on-air sites
o Provide best guideline and documentation from previous swap projects on network management & monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration and optimization
• Facilitate to deliver within Vendor deliverable support service scopes of RAN & CORE RFP SSA definition i.e. logs collection, analysis and follow up with vendor support and R&D
• Shall be able to work more than office hours in case of urgent operational needed
• Shall be able to provide technical feedback and have good communication skills
