• Understand current system from different aspects of architecture, data model, etc. so as to propose optimization plans

• Support and maintenance of supervised systems based on the defined SLA
• Monitor and keep tracking of tasks and issues in a daily basis

• Collaborate with all related departments in VAS, Core Network, IT, IN, etc. to clarify requirements and solution design
• Collaborate with revenue assurance and fraud teams to analyze and explore solutions based on requirements
• Ensure the performance of the system via monitoring and regular checking of alarms and logs
• Assist managers in developing reports and even statistical analysis of subscriber/partner usage and CDRs
