"Our investments in Intuitive Infrastructure came about because we came face to face, belly to belly, with a monstrosity hidden in all of the spaces in all our communities… that we had no idea had been embedded… cell by cell, organ by organ… multi-generationally, in all our families… through the trauma that populations have been targeted with through psychosocial engineering… that has gradually (or swiftly) changed our perceptions of the meanings of our communications, our words, our languaging, our symbology.

It's important to invest in a relationship or a structure that is stable enough to see a clear array of achievements on the basis of that investment.

Sometimes, people have relationships that feel relationally stable enough for them to invest in something that does not have sufficient structure.

In the absence of that kind of relationship, the sufficient structure is very important.

Either is crucial, both is optimal.

"Let's pay them to do that most needed work — instead of only ever talking about this work over here that is the only available work that... 'Oh, well, you can't do because you're disabled in this particular way, so you can't do the work... What are you going to do?'

It turns out those people have really amazing skill sets and proficiencies that are needed by their community.

And they can only scratch together a little bit of support for themselves and their community, if there's no mechanism by which they are paid to deepen and expand and share and regenerate those forms of frontline expertise."
