Having all these Mid-Atlantic Ridge Earthquakes will eventually start more accelerated roll of African plate, while increasing the gap between Arabian plate and African plate. That will let input of more aggressive waves & more tectonic pressure over Indian plate, Thus the risk for Southern India. There was/is one timeline where entire Indian plate went under water but fortunately its manifesting possibility is already less than 1% and decreasing (Big thanks to Austrian-Indo plate separation timeline) which made its Manifestation into main collective reality timeline & anchoring it.

Also Scotia plate is on the rise that's where New land is coming between South America & Antarctica. This plate is extremely important for it holds the pathway to Antarctica which leads to gateway out of this Earth Matrix on semi-physical dimensional domain. Be careful coz that gateway is heavily armed by the Controllers.

Everything you are experiencing may have already been simulated on computers years ago. Remember that total, "role-playing" (as they describe below), information provides managed, predictable and desired outcomes of events, including your behavior, today and tomorrow. Think about that.

Simulations of events ranging from climate disasters to misinformation campaigns on social media can help cities tackle problems that are both complex and hard to predict as they recover from the coronavirus pandemic, urban experts said.

Alternate Reality Simulations use game-like elements and role-playing, with the United Nations' development unit (UNDP), public and private sectors, and the Arizona State University (ASU) testing them last week in six major cities.

The simulations in Hanoi, Bangkok, Harare and other cities were set in 2022, with the coronavirus still lurking, and the added threats of fake news about insurgents, the failure of the telecom network, or violence and looting after a flash flood.

"Events of the past year have shown that whilst we can foresee a range of potential crises, it is impossible to predict with any certainty their timing or scale," said Milica Begovic, an innovation specialist at UNDP in Istanbul.

"Simulations provide a safe, yet powerfully experiential and real space for participants to generate models about implications of, and response to various events," she told the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

The coronavirus pandemic has increased pressure on lawmakers and urban planners to build back better, and create more liveable and equitable cities with open spaces, bicycle lanes, clean energy sources and affordable housing.

Simulations such as those by the UNDP as part of its ongoing Istanbul Innovation Days programme have previously been used to imagine a world without oil, and for companies to prepare for cyberattacks or reputational damage on social media.

The simulations can be in homes, offices and public places, and can be high-tech or low-tech, allowing participants to imagine sustainable financial markets, alternative currencies, or different economic and monetary policies, Begovic said.

Elsewhere, virtual reality that was initially tied to video gaming when it first became popular in the 1990s, has found many more uses as the technology advanced, from fighting human trafficking to curbing dementia.

Alternate reality simulations can include obtaining insights from a range of people - including those often excluded from the decision-making process, said Sha Xin Wei, who directs the Synthesis Center for responsive environments at ASU.

"You can speak to power, or speak as power more easily in this what-if setting," he said, adding that the simulations have roles for a member of the press, and for a member of civil society like a working mother, or a young female activist.

"Even though they do not control resources, they can comment on, endorse or disapprove of what the institutional leads are proposing as what-ifs," he said.

Post-COVID-19, policymakers will need to make "sea-changes to how we organise our economies, and how we navigate our mixture of nature and people and infrastructure," Sha said.

"Magic-bullet solutions to wicked problems may become other wicked problems. If anything, the pandemic showed how important it is to model differently," he added.

There are no sentient beings in the twin worlds, but there are indeed twin worlds. In fact, it's a real push by almost all corporations to get up to speed in developing twin models of their buildings, their operations, floor plans, parks, etc. There is a push by the airline industry to get jet engines, down to the turbine

blades into the twin worlds so that they can read real sensors on real airplane engines and run real time simulations to predict when the engines will fail. Same with automobiles, machines of all kinds. The whole idea of virtual twin world is to predict all events in the real world. It's not all about people. As for people, they are only modeling points that are measurable and probabilities of their expectations and outcomes. There is no desire for sentience. The military is using it for warfare analysis, financial giants are using it for cost/risk analysis, corporations, government, universities are running simulations, etc. It does exist and down to the nuts and bolts in real world machines that have sensors attached to it and hooked up to the internet via IoT devices.

I would hope that there is nobody flying a real plane in a virtual simulator controlling a real plane. That would be very worrisome! (Although that is possible.)

What I'm saying is that a real airplane has real sensors. All of this information is transmitted to a remote computer system that is running a real-time analysis of all functioning systems. Part of that analysis is looking for possible systems failure. If key sensors sound an alarm, the real-time off-board computers will perform predictive analysis to determine possible failures and possible courses of action to remedy the situation.

This is the goal of all airline industries. This the goal of the military.

They have written plenty papers on this very topic but before they can proceed, they need the real world to be completely retrofitted with sensors and they need those sensors to be transmitted via high speed communication channels to computers that can run real-time simulations. That is the goal.

And it's not just for airlines. The same goal goes for almost any kind of machine. That is the long term goal of all industries, through out all their supply chains. Their claim is that it can save lives, equipment, preventative maintenance, cost, etc. This is not my opinion. This an actual goal set by industries all through out the globe. But this means our lives become completely open and privacy dies with it.

I hope that clarifies what I'm trying to convey.

The Molecular Vision of Life by Lily E Kay

The author describes the way in which the elite foundations - most especially led by the Rockefeller Foundation - steered the course of “ science” to suit their agendas. When people claim “ I support science”, I always want to ask them if they really know exactly what that means?

“Is the molecular biology we have inherited from the twentieth century merely a product of the scientific method, an inevitable set of conclusions spawned by the cumulative impartial deduction of theoretical principles from objective observations? Or was it molded, shaped, and directed by an elite establishment that had aims much broader than the pursuit of science?

In her 1993 book The Molecular Vision of Life, Dr. Lily E. Kay, whom a 2001 MIT News Office obituary referred to as "one of the outstanding historians of biology of her generation," argued that the "new biology" was largely created by the Rockefeller Foundation and its subsidiary program at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) through a consensus between a scientific elite and a business elite whose broader aims centered on eugenics and the need to create a mechanism of social control and human engineering:

The new science did not just evolve by natural selection of randomly distributed disciplinary variants, nor did it ascend solely through the compelling power of its ideas and its leaders. Rather, the rise of the new biology was an expresion of the systematic cooperative efforts of America's scientific establishment -- scientists and their patrons -- to direct the study of animate phenomena along selected paths toward a shared vision of science and society.
The term "molecular biology," in fact, was coined in 1938 by Warren Weaver, director of the Rokcefeller's natural sciences division, to rename for the third time the program originally known as "pscyhobiology," the aim of which was "the rationalization of human behavior."

The model Kay uses to describe this historical process is one of "consensus" that does not necessarily require the active complicity of all scientists. Many of them did not share the goals of eugenics, social control, or human engineering. Many of them, even at the elite level, were interested in the pursuit of "pure science," even though they were certainly aware of the goals of the business and administrative elites within the Rockefeller Foundation. Scientists and Foundation elites needed each other, however, and the end result was that the "new biology" would not be an open-ended investigation of "the riddle of life" but would rather be a directed investigation to answer specific questions in ways amenable to the goals of eugenics and social control.”
