Me: The law is a set of arbitrary rules made by a ruling class of self-interested pseudo authorities who do not know you or me or have our best interests in mind and who are not accountable to anyone. What in the world makes you feel like you need to do what these people tell you? My guess is that it’s a conditioned response of obedience from childhood predicated on being a good boy or good girl to appease authorities.
It’s time to become an adult now and realize that right or wrong, good and evil, has absolutely nothing to do with “laws”. You need to develop your intuitive ethical senses and moral compass and have the courage to act on it despite what any person or group of people think you should do, even if they fancy themselves important or use titles like “government official”

We should all be more concerned with doing the good thing, the right thing, the loving thing, the most beneficial thing, the kind thing, the empowered and sovereign thing.
I do not propose chaos. I propose that men and women act like responsible adults instead of obedient children to the state.
As with nearly everything else I write, my intention is for all of us to come home to ourselves and stop looking to others to do the work that we alone can do. The state is incapable of achieving the ends that all of us deep down desire and need. The state cannot change the hearts of men and women. The state cannot legislate morality, kindness, goodness, freedom, or love.
We alone, as free men and women, can make the changes within ourselves that will produce the external results in our communities that we desire.

There is no such thing as a man made law. There are only rules and regulations that apply to consenting members of a particular society. Anyone can create a membership club and assign a series of rules. That in no way gives them the authority to force them on non consenting people just minding their own business. The society to which government assign their rules is no more than a glorified membership club. Its rules have no inherent authority other than the degree to which they can intimidate others to obey them with the threat of their monopoly on force. You have the sovereignty; you always have. The illusion of centralised governance is no longer working, and so we see the last ditch attempts by authoritarians to consolidate what remaining self proclaimed power they think they have.
