Never allow anyone to inject you with ingredients they do not fully and honorably disclose.
Exercise great caution before allowing anyone to inject you with something even if they do seem to fully and honorably disclose the ingredients.
Check your intuition, senses, and information --- and then check again. Ask insightful questions. Pay attention to how others answer your questions. Notice if they are really listening to what you're saying about your own experience.
Do not rely on systems to be honorable; rather, focus on litmus for trust in building individual and community relationships where we learn from one another as we grow in awareness together.
Much violence is being done through misinformation and healthcare cooptation.
This violence is prevented through wisdom, kindness, patience, and respect; we build solutions together by sharing lived expertise, honest expression, and accurate information.
Your body -- the health and well-being of your body -- is yours.
Tend most responsibly to it.
Build relationships with people (and professionals) who respect your primacy in this.
