There is this beautiful artfulness to what people make when they are in flow and even with so much media manipulated by power and money there is also so much media through which nourishment and artfulness and caring shine through

Even in such challenging times it is so full of goodness to encounter these and find that they are not only still there, there are more and more of them than we ever anticipated, they are joyously emerging from places that needed that nourishment exactly and now can share it with everybody

The dungeon scene is so profoundly unconscious-invoking

Yes it is
'Feet first is the only way' to be dragged out by the feet when dead
or like a breech birth
or only way out is when you start walking, start walking in your mind

this is profoundly a part of what got me out of so many bad situations

In the podcast I am listening to they sort of make it sound like the old man and the rat Arthur cannot leave the dungeon but this seems very foolish to me

They're talking about it as if somebody has to stay behind because of the way they're climbing out

But the old man keeps repeating, nobody gets out of here

I think this is so important

The assumption that someone must be left behind

This assumption being specious

And those being left behind comforting one another by saying there is no other choice, they could not possibly have done something about it

And the dungeon is very dark and horrible

And me and this rat, we have one another, but we could have climbed out of the dungeon with the help of the others

I think this scene is one of the reasons I haven't gotten very far past the first two episodes because I keep going back and watching some parts over and over

Yes this is an interesting way to look at it
the way I look at it, it is also that the old man is very fixed in his belief that he can not leave, he is invited to leave with a brisk 'are you coming or what' and he says he cant
sometimes the invitation to leave isnt nice, and the unknown is big and scary
