One of our very most effective tuning practices, these days, is the Sufi (and multi-faith) Remembrance practice taught by Mark Silver on his dedicated platform, Heart of Business.

Not only in tending to our livelihoods, but also in tending to our lives and our community bodies, this practice is very powerful and very simple. We have found ourselves recommending it to everybody.

Whether you learn this practice in order to be in closer contact with the sacred roots of your own abundance-generating works in the world, or to gain in attuned presencing with any other aspect of your life, it is worth your attention, care, and time.

We feel strongly about the benefits of this. We want to encourage a lot more business people — and a lot more people everywhere, in whatever personal, family, or community endeavor you may pursue — to engage with this practice on a daily basis.

Learn this Remembrance practice the way Mark teaches it in his book: heartofbusiness.com/pdf/gettingtothecore.pdf

The link to Mark's book in PDF is also included in this blog post, where he describes more and adds links to audios you can practice with: heartofbusiness.com/2009/guided-remembrance

Thank you for reading, and thank you for practicing with us.

I hear thunder.

The lightning is bright through my open bedroom window, but there is no rain.

The bugs are singing sweetly.

I saw a dry cicada shell clinging to the hibiscus syriacus early this morning.

We are amidst great challenges yes, and also surrounded by profoundly sacred blessings...

Remember,
If something hurts you, meditate on it.
There is probably some truth in it.
If something hurts you
Respect it
And go deep in it.

Find out the reason for your resentment.
The result will be rewarded.
This is how you grow.
Lies are sweet, they don't hurt.
Beware of sweet lies.

When nothing hurts you
It cannot be a motivation for growth.
It is useless, it does not involve you.
Give all your attention to the suffering
And don't get angry.
You are here to understand
Not to get angry...

Intuitive Inclusive Public Media Praxis
Prowess Theurgy • Restful Recordings
3:30pm Eastern • Near-Daily Opportunities

You're invited.

Here's the roles!

* We meet for 35 minutes on a particular day at 3:30pm Eastern using Zoom video. We take a ten minute break after 35 minutes to move around, breathe, enjoy somatic success, and reorient ourselves to next states. Some or all of us may opt for a second session of 35 minutes.

* We record our video / audio conversation in wholeness. Then, we highlight excerpts we want to share in public media if all visible/audible participants agree, including names, project titles, & URLs for participants highlighted in that public media. Optionally, we may wish to share our full recordings with the private Intuitive Network so that survivors' groups can assist in highlighting excerpts for public media.

* We center prowess theurgy, restful resonances, relational integrity, somatic sensing, and actualizing activations. We always remember the invisible friends and colleagues who cannot be here with us today, and we respectfully bring their voices and interests in where we most appropriately can (with especial regard for their privacy and security needs).

1 Corinthians 12:25 - 27

"So that there will be no disagreements within the body, but rather all the parts will be equally concerned for all the others.

Thus if one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it; and if one part is honored, all the parts share its happiness.

Now you together constitute the body of the Messiah, and individually you are parts of it."

' Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh says listening can help end the suffering of an individual.

"Deep listening is the kind of listening that can help relieve the suffering of another person. You can call it compassionate listening.

You listen with only one purpose: to help him or her to empty his heart. Even if he says things that are full of wrong perceptions, full of bitterness, you are still capable of continuing to listen with compassion.

Because you know that listening like that, you give that person a chance to suffer less. If you want to help him to correct his perception, you wait for another time.

For now, you don't interrupt. You don't argue. If you do, he loses his chance.

You just listen with compassion and help him to suffer less.

One hour like that can bring transformation and healing."
