Companion planting...yes so important, would like to talk about that more
And what plants grow best in what types of soil.
I want to plant so many things
How does soil communicate?
Eggplant/aubergine is also poisonous when raw. It is originally from India and its name / journey as a loan word across the world is so fascinating

That nub without a raspberry on it is the one I ate a few days ago I got to it before the chipmunks did
I feel very much when the animals eat our gardens with us they are gardening with us they are pruning the garden they are making the garden grow bigger and braver and more nourishing, we should always be very glad to share our gardens with the animals who are our honored neighbors
Here are a lot of things I am not sure if the thing on the bottom left is maybe kale, I think it tastes like kale and I don't seem to be dead having tasted it
On the right close at the bottom right there is another raspberry
And then the bigger bramble also on the right with darker leaves is BlackBerry which is reaching out reaching out reaching out many tendrils gosh and stickers thorns very clever
And then there is Big healthy green onions on the left more in the middle
And there are a lot of leaves that I think look like violet leaves but I'm not totally sure and some other things that look like violet leaves but are different than violet leaves

On the left is definitely arugula and next to it is rainbow chard
Then some heirloom tomato plants my mother received from a neighbor
And then all the way on the right there are some things I am not sure what they are but when I ate them I didn't die and they tasted spicy and good
