When we identify the components we have and the components we still need, we get to notice that we have all our necessary components!

The components we are ready to take action on ourselves right away, and the components that we will invite others to bring in because of the benefit to all.

Once we identify and organize our listed components, we can also recognize that some of those components allow us to start on tasks even while we are waiting to receive other components that are needed.

So for instance we may start on image creation and work on that for a while, in the midst of issuing invitations to others to benefit from participating in particular ways. While time passes in a wait to receive responses, existing components are being put in place.

As components are created and put in place we can show the work we are completing together as part of the ongoing lead-up to sharing the final project.

There are frequent opportunities through this process to invite the audience to participate as producers.

Many people prefer to participate in production by sharing funds.

We like to assume from the start that no specific startup dollars will be needed --- only to maintain a community conversation to center the safety and survival of the person or group initiating the project.

So it is like a math problem, like the word problems I did in school as a kid.

If we know we have some dollars to put into it, we still hold off on that until we have done the math without it.

Often, we can do the math without it.

I believe the first task would be to list together all the components we can think of that are crucial to the success of the project.
