Rural Wisconsin Artists' non-profit gallery show featuring multiple regional artists is at the Prairie du Chien public library through the month of November 2023.
One artist prominent in this project is Driftless Intuitive Public Radio’s very own Johanna O’Tigham, also known as Everage Jo (t.me/EverageJoFreshArtGalley).
The mission of Rural Wisconsin Artists (RWA) is to support and promote artists of many modalities who reside in rural Wisconsin counties and who may have limited access to resources critical in making their art visible to others or to support their creative endeavors.
RWA invites the public to their first gallery show at the Prairie du Chien Memorial Public Library. This show introduces five local artists and runs thru November 2023. More gallery shows are in the works for locations around Southwest Wisconsin.
A reception will be held on November 13th for local artists exhibiting their work this month.
This reception is open to the public and will be held from 4pm to 6pm. To support sensitive artists and community members, please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or other fragrances. Refreshments will be available, and the public is encouraged to come and meet the five featured artists.

@DriftlessIPR maeven Johanna O’Tea contributed a handful of her Fresh Art Peaces, alongside a number of folks new to RWA. There were portraits, abstracts, and a number of larger peaces featured.
