"There's a reason why there's a splurge of this fear tactic. It's to put you in a paralysis.
And like you said, you can't suppress fear.
But what I would suggest is you use the fear to hone in, accentuate, and accelerate your sense of awareness.
Fear and adrenaline can be directed to give you a sharp sense of awareness around you for the sake of the safety of people around you. That's what people in the military are trained to do.
You're going to have adrenaline.
It's a matter of not getting tunnel vision; and focusing that adrenaline in the right direction."

And like you said, you can't suppress fear.
But what I would suggest is you use the fear to hone in, accentuate, and accelerate your sense of awareness.

...the studies show that people actually come together closer than they ever did before.
They become more efficient than they ever did before.
And people get to know each other intimately. There is nothing that forces you to intimately know your neighbor than when shit goes down, like the power grid goes out or there's disaster.
Because now you have no choice but to walk over to your next door neighbor, get to know them and ask them what they need and tell them what you need.
This leads to building local community.

What have you done in defense of that land today?
To show gratitude for her generosity?
To show apology for her pain?
What have you done to uphold her natural claim to relationship? To protect the non-human relatives that rely on her?
What have you done to resolve the oppression you uphold and benefit from? The abuse she endures. To be in right relationship, and to respect the ancestors of this land? To respect her descendants?
What have you done to resolve your spiritual debt?
The one that came with your knowing, where ignorance and your own struggle are no longer an excuse?
This is the standard for trust.
I don't need an explanation of unnatural law or the way it has impacted your own journey here, I understand the spirit of this land completely.
