The History of Queen Califia and the California Blacks

Whoever controls the images, control your self-esteem, self respect, and self development, whoever controls your history controls your vision. β€” Dr. Leonard Jeffries

In the continental United States of America, there were Africans who came before slavery, before Columbus, and thousands of years before Jesus Christ. In many cases, these Blacks and other indigenous nations established thriving civilizations in ancient America. Queen Califia and the California Blacks were one such ancient Black nation.

Reigning over the Empire of Xi, in the ancient kingdom of Utla, the nation of AtLan, was the great queen of gold and diamonds, ruler of the California Blacks. Queen Califia, decorated warrior general – mother, was the grand and beautiful royal leader in the beloved, wealthy, and powerful, Land of the Blacks:

Queen Califia was a powerful General Queen, a strategic opponent, who commanded and maintained a fleet of ships while ushering in a time of peace in all surrounding lands.
SHABBAT SHALOM to this evening's full moon in Aquarius, 14 Av 5781, 23 July 2021.

Do we grieve what we have lost? For awhile, and sometimes only maybe. We are ever evolving. Increasingly strengthened, we celebrate...

Do we witness how marvelously we are growing and becoming? So many blessings.

Attend our Traveling Tabernacle: Every week we are scheduling co-hosts for traveling musical resource broadcasts in support of severely disabled survivors of sex trafficking, marginalization, and intersectional violence.

Please join us Friday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Wednesday mornings for Shabbat, weekly Torah, sacred study, meals, prayer, and music led by our survivors of greatest severity who teach what they've learned about thriving and benefit us with their wisdoms so profoundly.

Because of this community, we are healing and restoring the privilege of recovery.

During these times each week, we center awareness, contemplation, collective intention, and deep details on how we make and keep our spaces completely free of invisiblized intersectional violence, including ritual abuse and human sex trafficking.

We take time to share food together and make music together, strengthening all our selves in community.

We courageously address and continue even the most challenging topics, to the profound relief of our severely affected group members --- topics that otherwise we have never found addressed in a supported community setting.

Most of our group members meet asynchronously --- a great blessing for those who are severely disabled from participating in cultures that usually meet only in "real time" and have not yet recognized how many of us have foundered or remained invisible at the edges of other community spaces.

We create and sustain spaces supportive for survivors. Join us weekly to learn how you can make your spaces resilient and inclusive for all to participate in.

Please consider getting involved to support this important resource.

If you are safer or in a position of financial flow, please consider making a financial offering to support the work of severely disabled trafficking survivors organizing to share their expertise, time, and care.

Hopi Indian Chief White Eagle commented a few days ago on the Kov id situation:

"This moment that humanity is living through can be considered a door or a hole. The decision to fall into the hole or go through the door is yours.

If you consume information 24 hours a day, with negative energy, constantly nervous, with pessimism, you will fall into this hole.

But if you take the opportunity to look at yourself, to rethink life and death, to take care of yourself and others, you will go through the door.

Take care of your home, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual home. When you take care of yourself, you take care of others at the same time.

Do not underestimate the spiritual dimension of this crisis. Adopt the perspective of an eagle that sees everything from above with a broader vision.

There is a social demand in this crisis, but also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. Without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and futility.

You are prepared to go through this crisis.
Grab your toolbox and use all the tools at your disposal. Learn to resist by the example of the Indian and African peoples: we have been and continue to be exterminated.

* But we never stopped singing, dancing, lighting fires and having joy.

Don't feel guilty for feeling lucky in these difficult times. Being sad and without energy doesn't help at all.

* Resilience is resilience through joy!

You have the right to be strong and positive. You have to maintain a beautiful, cheerful and bright posture.
This has nothing to do with alienation (ignorance of the world). It is a strategy of resistance.
When we walk in the door, we have a new view of the world because we have faced our fears and difficulties.

This is what you can do now:

- Serenity in the storm,

- Keep calm, meditate daily,

- Make a habit of encountering the sacred every day.

Demonstrate resilience through art, joy, trust and love. "
It is very hard not to leap directly into action when friends and colleagues are in extreme suffering.

They need immediate action, and we want to take immediate action.

But if we do not yet have the physical and practical support to make immediate action possible, we can quickly harm and kill our bodies by leaping directly into that kind of action.

What do we do instead?

We have talked about taking the actions we can take most restfully: How we determine what is possible depends extensively on the circumstances of our own bodies. We must tune into our bodies and be deeply listening in order to know what we can do safely and what is needed.

If we try to be a hero, we can quickly find ourselves dead again. This would serve no one.

And yet, here with @IntuitivePublicRadio toolsets, Intuitive Public Media has established a means of meeting far more needs than it ever seemed could be possible β€”- if we proceed with greatest slowness, stillness, patience, and intuitive listening.

It can feel as if we are doing something wicked, as if we are dragging our heels or being uncaring... even lazy.

But those words are the ambient voices of abusive colonial structures that have convinced us since birth that we must capitulate to external urgency in order to solve problems successfully.

Far truer is that the stillness and silence, the slow-moving-ness of our actions, can help us tune to the best actions to be taken; the actions that best protect all our bodies; that do not necessitate the sacrifice of any-body.

It is a fearful thing to navigate. But to fear, to stress, to anxiety, we need not capitulate.

When we experience the ways these toolsets are working, we gradually come to an understanding of what the toolsets are doing in establishing all our real safety.

Rather than requiring that we break and abandon our physical bodies, or that we scream in a way that will silence us permanently, we find we have a means of proceeding that protects and strengthens.

This leverages knowledge of media privilege and social authority; it engages the use of emergent community technologies that we only discover amidst respectful relationship and intuitive listening.

And then we succeed.
"What does the Âû after my name mean?
1. I am Autistic. [or] I support those who are Autistic.
2. I embrace my Autism as a very significant part of my identity.
3. I embrace those who would sacrifice to protect all Autistic life.
4. I embrace the belief that Autism does not need any "curing".
5. I embrace the self-advocacy goal of "Everything about us, with us".
6. I embrace the definition of Autism as a neuro-social difference.
7. I embrace measures directed at protecting Autistics from attack.
8. I embrace a person-centered approach to all Autism issues.
9. I embrace rigorous scientific approaches to co-occurring conditions.
10. I embrace Autistics leading their own welfare organisations. "

There is an inflow of resourcing to locations that we want to highlight so that people can understand the kinds of resourcing we are always in need of flowing into locations like ours and others.

Even though we do not have income the ways we wish and need, it is true and real that we are being paid by the resources that are showing up one way or another.

We would like to show this, demonstrate this, more in public, in recognition of the ways that survivors and people in difficulty are managing to get certain resources to flow at times, that we are paying one another for our work with the striving of our bodies and the little bit of resources we have and that this is a payment being made; this is payments being made so much more profoundly than any mere expenditure of money by someone to whom that money might have come relatively easily.

The people who are giving us their attention, who are making efforts with us collectively, who are sharing a little bit of money, who are sending a supplement or a life-saving intervention item, or who assist us in creating stability other ways, this is how we are paying one another and getting paid.

The more we recognize this and honor it, the more income we co-create.

This is a much more nourishing way to understand income regeneration then what most of us were taught originally.

It is also a much more nourishing way to understand how to help and support one another than most philanthropic types, most responders to fundraising, will have encountered.

It is the same for those who might respond to sales messaging.

This is the very best context and the very best ways to use actual money when one has actual money.

Because these approaches bring everyone into more nourishing community resonance, a little bit of money goes much further.

Money is not the only currency. We have a landscape of nutrient access that is nourished by money but does not solely depend on money.

This is how people with lots of money can start to heal from their money poisoning.
