as i think forward to the coming "4th of july" and the coming chants of "independence" (America out from under England's oppressive rule), my heart notes the contrast... so many people today are not independent and cannot clearly see a pathway to independence... would love to see even a glimmer of hope to indicate that there's a possibility of independence...
and as i struggle with my own difficulties, my family's difficulties, and so so so many random strangers' difficulties on their behalf, it becomes obvious to me that nobody in the middle of the oppression can clearly see the details of how to escape as clearly as seeing the details of the instant pain.
sometimes it feels impossible to even communicate what hurts, and when people don't get it, there can even seem to be no point in trying to communicate that it really does hurt, let alone what details seem relevant in the middle of the mess.
and that said, i would like to submit that we all -- even from a position of pain and "under" -- can know that there is more, this is temporary, there is hope, whether or not the feeler can feel it. the next step forward/upward really is worth it.
we all have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. we are all endowed by our Creator with these rights. when others impose their mess on us, and infringe on our rights, that doesn't diminish who we are. it only highlights that the aggressor doesn't respect us like our Creator does.
peace to you. peace to me. independent or not, and to whatever degree so far.

Recorriendo los territorios he visto tantas injusticias, he visto tu niñez en ellas, esa niñez asustada, desconfiada y triste.

Today is July 2, 2021.
Each day, we continue to seek volunteers of particular moral courage.
From our successful collaborations thus far, we know there are many friends-we-haven't-met-yet who want to ensure physical safety, spiritual freedom, and regenerative resilience across all communities.
Individuals who learn our processes eliminate existing dangers and harms experienced by victims and survivors of human sex trafficking in and beyond our international network.
Our call for participants is open to everybody.
For those who are brave and loving, this volunteer practice is very safe, remarkably easy, and can be applied successfully in any location.
Are you someone we are seeking?
If yes, you recognize the importance of working together to respect one another and to respect all environments;
...and you recognize the protective and nourishing nature of building communities that welcome and honor living beings;
...you have sensed that we do not solve problems well by abandoning one another, and when we refuse to abandon one another, we discover the most remarkable solutions;
...that your own needs are best met through sharing with and caring for others who fully respect your sovereignty and privilege of recovery;
...and that centering values like these leads us all more surely into collective wellness and strength.
Thank you for the courage you've demonstrated by reading this message to consider our request.
If in reading you find that you resonate, we are looking for you.
We think you've been looking for us, too.
Please message t.me/maxmorris (@maxmorris) on Telegram messenger to connect.
