Intuitive Breath breathes us.

One excellent approach is to notice the way you stand.

First, turn off every possible source of modern electronic EMF.

Now:

Feet flat, toes spread and activated upward.

Every cell and part of the foot, ankle, calf and lower leg, knee, thigh and upper leg, (what are the parts between the thigh, hips, and abdomen called?), gluteus and buttocks, psoas, soft sides, abdomen, vagus nerve power center, rib cage and associated musculature, viscera and organs, lungs, back and spine, heart and chest, shoulders, arms through elbows and every large or smallest joint, wrists, hands, knuckles, and fingers, from the heart and clavical upward through the resonant throat, the lengthened spine upward through the strong lengthened neck, and through toward the top of the head where the light, the light, the light comes in.

Tend closely to every tiny element and flow of oxygen and nutrients in all the spaces between.

The body is deeply rooted through the bottom, legs and feet.

The breath drops down the belly with fullness.

Simultaneously, the breath expands the rib cage to its widest comfortable space.

Fully mindful in, fully mindful out.

Did you have a wonderful, grounded, deep breath?

Have another.

How many wonderful, grounded, deep breaths did you complete?

Max writes,

Intuitive practice for slow world is
Choose three things
And notice the slow rhythms of how they interact with one another like music
For instance
1 Deep slow continuous breathing
2 Slow opening and slow closing of eyelids
3 Intermittent body stretches where the body feels the need

It makes a very slow mellow percussion continuingly to focus on it and it activates more of the brain than trying to focus on one thing
And it goes better than most regularly thought of yoga poses for me

If my brain has more of my brain more engaged than I am able to flow more energy to my body more continuously rather than struggling to do fewer things or to think about fewer things, occupy my complex somatic brain more intentionally

The dream traveling says we have already achieved it

This signals through the body and signals through the universe: I TRUST.

Rue writes,

When breathing for peace, stabilization or stability, meditation, calm, or energy flow

Keep tongue at the roof of the mouth

This is a secret of advanced monks

Incorrect tongue posture contributes to anxiety and stress, and joint and fascial tension that can affect the whole body

One tiny factor

This practice also builds body awareness and mental discipline as you “check yourself” throughout the day.

If you’re not using your tongue for something actively, it should be in the position touching the top palate behind the front teeth.

Q. I tried to listen to an audio recording, but it was silent.
Was it a butt dial?
Is there something wrong with your recording device -- or maybe with the device I'm using to listen?

A. Heehee, not a butt dial :-) nor a device malfunction. 🌺

When you encounter a silent audio or video in the Intuitive network, you are receiving an earnest invitation to meditate with us in that space.

Meditate from wherever you're at, whenever you find the message -- or make an opportunity to come back later on and join us then.

This is the beauty of asynchronous communications.

Shared meditative attunement is a helpful practice, especially if you don't currently have anyone else to meditate with in person.

Breathe gently and with care for your body.

Attune your presence and vibration with others who are in the same space, even though all of us may be in different locations.

Notice our shared psychic state -- and how connected we are, especially with the Internet turned off and the audio player set to the side or behind you, out of your line of sight.

Shared meditative practice and the holding of intention, just this way, have nourished and strengthened us in building the Intuitive network for many years -- especially in times of greatest hardship and isolation.

Together, we activate our awareness and kindness for ourselves and one another.

In this silent stillness, we co-create new worlds from the life energy of our mindfulness, breathing, and heartbeats.

We experience peacefulness in collective resonance.

This is one way of tending the community body.

When we finish a meditation with one another, even asynchronously, we understand more of what happens next.

With our Intuitive attention held together in recording or listening to this audio... what is forming?

Thank you for joining. 💞

' It doesn't take much,
perhaps only two steps.
With each inhale
simply say, "I will defy."
And with each exhale
say, "And now I will surrender."
Breathing in
and then breathing out,
you just might perform
the deepest alchemy,
enact the sacred promise
of creating the life
you were given. '
