Orgs that create these kinds of fellowships & initiatives should think about the privileges required from applicants such as time off, child care, transportation, stamina.

How can you be inclusive & flexible in the way you structure your programs that will attract the very marginalized creatives you want to work with? Because I have a lot to share with the podcasting community that’s valuable & unique.
