I think that is an unanswered question, whether it has to be
I want to know someone won't take it down because that really damages my brain
Or at least that we have a known situation
I'm not sure how to do that yet
I could also take it out but find a link to that program somehow
IPR is operating as a crucial archive of communications for severely disabled people who otherwise have no access to that media or discussions about it, or that mode of communicating for their safety, but I don't know how that works, I think we would have to ask a disability rights lawyer, or maybe NPR has some guidelines somewhere, but I don't think any of us know where to look for that kind of thing. Maybe we will think of someone who might know the answers and ask to interview them :-)
