You never want to feed the beings that eat anti-life energy.
If you feel overcome by fear... by doom... by anger... the feeling that you would do harm to others because harm is being done to you... It's a trick.
It generates energies that are fed upon by ideaforms and living beings extracting from your life energy.
It's not worth it.
There are many ways to find oneself caught in it.
Our first priority is releasing the elements of that experience so that we are not then controlled by it.
