STRATEGY BUYS BACK $176.3 MILLION IN STRC, DOUBLES PREFERRED STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM TO $2 BILLION

Strategy says it repurchased 1.81 million STRC shares between August 31 and September 7, while making no Bitcoin purchases or sales and issuing no shares through its ATM program.

The company now holds 845,050 BTC, acquired for $63.73 billion at an average price of $75,412 per coin.

Strategy also increased its digital credit securities repurchase authorization from $1 billion to $2 billion, with $1.19 billion remaining available.

Its USD Reserve stands at $5.10 billion, with another $1.44 billion in USD Cash.
