The point of being High Agency person is to channel it to High Productivity. Otherwise its like top quality oven without a door.
if that energy isn’t directed into structured, measurable productivity, it leaks. You end up doing a lot, thinking a lot, but not producing much that compounds.
- Agency is heat generation = drive, initiative, self-direction.
- Productivity is containment and conversion = systems, focus, follow-through.
When both align, you get executional firepower = the kind that moves nations, companies, projects, or entire fields forward.
