Framing love as heat.

“Love is a form of heat, really. We don’t know what it is. It’s a state of grace. Why? Sometimes it’s very irrational. And why does a person’s presence produce a state of grace that becomes a need?”
Framing Gut Feeling:

"the gut overrides the brain for basically all the most powerful people I know, the world is basically run by a relatively small number of intestines

a small sheath whose job is to break down food, emulsify fats, and also decide the future of all the most important institutions on planet earth"

When i was young i used to ask "Who am i?" now that am old enough, the way i frame the question has changed.

"who profitts from this version of me" is the question i often ask.

WHY DO IT? | NIKE

Nike reframes ‘Just Do It’ to ‘Why Do It?’ to reach Gen Z

Here's the voice-over text. Watch the ad for the ending:

"Why do it?
Why would you make it harder on yourself?
Why chance it?
Why put it on the line?
With so much at stake.
With so much room to fail.
Why risk it?
Why would you dare?
Seriously, why?!
You could give everything you have and still lose."

'Just do it' was free from any compulsions of 'winning' or 'losing'. It was 'Just do it' - simple. The new 'Why do it?' makes it seem like you need to have some reason for 'doing it'. And the possibility of 'winning' is defined as the answer to the 'why?'.
Approximate Frame.

Nature doesn’t run on laws of physics, instead laws of physics run on our brain to approximate how nature runs.

How could we ever know what the “fundamental” layer of reality is, and if it even exists.

All we can do is observe and make a frame of what we observe.

Delusion Frame, becase all creation requires it.
2
High Agency Frame.
There is a frame of love, a frame of middle aged aunt and a frame of candy crush.

And there is the interplay of all these frames in one line.

Framing how internal organs function through complex, coordinated processes, where individual organs like the heart, liver, and kidneys perform specialized tasks, such as pumping blood, filtering waste, and processing nutrients. So cool.

Larynx & Vocal Folds (Phonation)
As air passes from the lungs, it increases pressure below the larynx. The air forces the vocal folds (vocal cords) in the larynx (voice box) to open and then close, creating a series of rapid vibrations.
