The InterLink team is currently planning Migration Batch 2 and establishing priority protocols for Linkers who completed Migration Batch 1. Linkers who locked and vested $ITL in Migration Batch 1 will receive priority during the KYC process for migrating $ITL in Migration Batch 2. The prioritization criteria for Batch 2 also consider the volume of $ITL currently held in ITLX wallets.

As previously announced, $ITLG exists in three states: Off-Chain, On-Chain, and $vITLG.
In my view, these three states of $ITLG depend on specific use cases:
$ITLG Off-Chain: Represents the mining balance held within the user's application.
$vITLG: Represents the $ITLG balance that has been moved on-chain and is eligible for staking via a locking/vesting mechanism to earn $ITL.
$ITLG On-Chain: Represents the $ITLG balance remaining after the staking process used to earn $ITL.
Whenever $ITLG transitions between states, a corresponding amount of $ITLG from the previous state is locked and bridged; this ensures the total supply of $ITLG remains constant at 100 billion.
$ITLG On-Chain is utilized within the ITLX ecosystem and is subject to all existing and upcoming token-burning mechanisms.
Meanwhile, $ITLG Off-Chain balances are gradually migrated over time as the platform evolves, with the amount transferred in each migration phase depending on the user's level of contribution.
As long as you remain consistently active—ensuring your $ITLG Off-Chain balance is neither forfeited nor burned you are guaranteed the eventual conversion of your entire Off-Chain balance to On-Chain status.
When a user stakes $vITLG to earn $ITL, that $vITLG balance is neither locked nor burned; instead, it converts to on-chain $ITLG, which can be immediately used for trading or within the ITLX ecosystem.
