A passenger plane of Japanese airline JAL, which collided with a Coast Guard plane on approach at Tokyo airport, has completely burned down.
The crew managed to evacuate all passengers in time. There were 379 people and 12 crew members on board the plane, none of them were injured. Five Coast Guard personnel in another airplane were killed.
The terrible accident and the miraculous rescue of the passengers became the main topic of the world media.
