Greece underscores 'threat of war' with Turkey at signing of defense pact with US

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias underscored the persistent “threat of war” with Turkey in a meeting with Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the signing of a dealto upgrade defense cooperation between Athens and Washington.
“Greece is facing a casus belli, a threat with war if it exercises its sovereign rights and, I have to say, Greece is facing daily provocation,” Dendias said Thursday at the State Department. “Greece is committed to resolve disputes with diplomacy and always in accordance with international law.”

U.S. – Companies in the water and wastewater sector are the latest industry to receive a warning from U.S. government agencies that malicious hackers are targeting their systems and equipment.

A joint alert by four federal agencies (FBI, National Security Agency, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency) said that companies in this sector continue to face “ongoing” targeting of their information technology and operating technology by both known and unknown malicious hacking groups.

URGENT – Russian military summons US attache over incident with naval destroyer

The Russian defence ministry has summoned the U.S. military attache over an incident with a U.S. naval destroyer in the Sea of Japan, RIA news agency reported on Friday.

The attache was told about "unprofessional actions" of the crew of the destroyer Chafee, which the Russian military said had "rudely violated international laws on the prevention of collisions of vessels at sea".
