‼️ The residence of the Deputy Prime Minister was attacked by armed men, 2 police officers guarding him were killed.
Armed men also invaded the Palais de la Nations in Kinshasa brandishing the Zaire flag. In the streets of Kinshasa several attackers were neutralized by the FARDC.

🇨🇩 Armed men entered the Palais de la Nation and tried to break into the residence of V. Kamerhe, Deputy Prime Minister and candidate for the presidency of the Assembly, last night in Kinshasa. Numerous security forces deployed.
The situation is currently stabilized, with the presence of the army on site. Several attackers were arrested.
Two police officers from the Deputy Prime Minister and an assailant were reportedly killed during the night.
Christian Malanga, a member of the diaspora living in the United States and the originator of a party in exile, the UCP, advocating "New Zaire", was allegedly the leader of the attackers, including his son.
C. Malanga was reportedly killed by security forces.
