Large fires began immediately in several villages in the far eastern region due to the massive ignition of dry grass. Governor Kozhemyako reported that fires were recorded in the Shkotovsky and Khasansky districts, Nadezhdinsky district, in Vladivostok and in the vicinity of Nakhodka. The village of Shkotovo suffered the most, in which two streets with private houses burned down. Extinguishing is complicated by the wind; as the wind reports, the fire is approaching the oil depot.
