This is a major update! IOC submitted information to The Met many months ago and has been in contact with them since! A huge thank you to the Met, this provides a potential path to justice for 70+ victims that IOC is aware of!

One thing that continues to amaze me about the Web3 space is this: if someone tries to scam a community, the community doesn’t just forget - they watch, they remember, and they wait!
Back in 2022, a project called StableFund collapsed and was widely described by users as a Ponzi-style scheme. The protocol shut down, refunds were promised, but according to many affected community members, those refunds never arrived - while the founders were allegedly able to walk away with significant sums.
Recently, a victim reached out with a tip that helped spark a new line of inquiry. Using OSINT techniques, we began investigating whether an individual named Varun Datta may be connected to a NEW project’s leadership - called Extsy!
