🚨The Alewite "Pride Strike" Continues on its 4th Day

The strike, which began with a call from Sheikh Xezal, continues on its 4th day. Alevi citizens have kept their shops closed, schools closed, and are not taking to the streets. The strike continues for the third day in many areas of Western Syria, including Wadi Al-Ayyoun, Jableh countryside, Ain Shaqaq, Damsarkho, Al-Drikish, the Alawite neighborhoods in Homs, Al-Qanjara, Al-Daliyah, and Al-Zahriyat. This comes as an affirmation of the Alawites’ demands for a federal system of governance and an end to sectarian violations against members of the community.
