Arab tribal mercenaries in Al-Milbiyah, Hasakah, gave the Damascus government a 48-hour deadline to implement their demands, after Al-Jolani promised to form a committee from the people of Hasakah within this period to follow up on and implement their demands. If this fails, they threatened to launch an attack on Kurdish areas, coordinated with Turkish intelligence (MIT) and supported by ISIS elements coming from Deir ez-Zor.
