According to documents obtained by the Lekolin.org website, the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has reached an agreement with the Interim Damascus Government to strengthen economic and technical cooperation in Syria’s southern Latakia region, with the aim of encircling digital infrastructure and communication networks.
The same policy has been implemented for more than a year in Aleppo under the coordination of MIT (Turkish National Intelligence Organization), and last month it began to be applied in the Rojava cities of Qamishlo and Hasakah as well.

Update | Raqqa: The killer of the civilian “Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Ramadan” is a member of the General Security militias named “Malik Al-Mustafa.” According to local sources, the dispute was caused by drug trafficking, specifically a local type of drug called “Shabou” or locally referred to as “H-Boz.”
Local Facebook pages reported that the killer, who belongs to the General Security, murdered the victim in retaliation for the killing of his brother, who was killed during a dispute while they were smuggling the narcotic substance.(photo attached to the killer from GS militias)
