A group of elements affiliated with the Jolani-led government has abducted two civilian youths of Kurdish origin from the Al-Rumaila neighborhood in Raqqa and confiscated their car. The incident took place last night on the road, under the pretext of their alleged affiliation with the SDF.
They are also refusing to disclose their fate, and it is still unknown whether they are alive or not.
Their names are as follows:
