The incident of the flag being taken down in Kobani is a personal initiative and a provocation. Now, because of this situation, Arab racists and jihadists have taken to the streets all over Syria.
The burning of the Kurdish flag in Afrin and Al-Bab is also a deliberate provocation.
At the same time, especially in Qamishli and other cities of Western Kurdistan, Kurdish youth are reacting to the attacks on the people of Afrin, and they are right to do so.
