Military forces will not enter any Kurdish city or village.
A security force will enter the security squares in Hasakah and Qamishlo to activate civilian institutions, and then withdraw from the cities.
The most important point of the agreement is the ceasefire.
Asayish forces will protect the security and stability of the region.
On the 27th of the month, a meeting was held with Jolani, and an agreement was signed. The key point reached was the ceasefire.
There were major plans aimed at exterminating the peoples of North and East Syria, and these plans were foiled thanks to the resistance of our forces and the unity of the people with them.
Our people should feel fully reassured and not fear these agreements. Only the Asayish forces will remain to protect all Kurdish cities.
A limited number of personnel from the “Internal Security Forces affiliated with Damascus” will enter Hasakah and Qamishlo. Their mission will be limited to coordination and integration, after which they will withdraw.

🛑The agreement reached on the Kurdish issue is also valid for Afrin and Serêkaniyê.

🚨URGENT/ATTENTION

According to information we obtained from regional sources, 85 foreign ISIS militants, released from the Al Hol camp by forces loyal to the interim Damascus government, entered the villages of Safa near Til Koçer and Til Hamis looting homes and attempting to abduct young girls. Local residents stated that the militants' Arabic accents did not resemble Syrian Arabic.

HTS/SNA/ISIS mercenaries are looting and plundering civilian homes, attacking residents with firearms, and firing live ammunition. As seen in the footage, they are also attacking women.

Druze take to the streets demanding "self-determination

People gathered in El-Karama Square in As-Suwayda Governorate are demanding independence.

Legal Advisor of the President for Tribal and Clan Affairs Sheikh Jihad Issa Sheikh zakor ahmed in Raqqa: "I reassure our Kurdish people once again: do not worry, there is nothing to fear. God willing, things are headed toward good. What happened is a state of disorder for two or three days after the liberation, and God willing it will be fully brought under control, one hundred percent. May God honor you."

This should be viewed from another perspective.
The Syrian Government is admitting hereby that Raqqah, Deirezzor and Hassakeh province are in a state of chaos right now.
The STG media denied that this was the case.
It’s also an indirect confirmation that the Kurdish people residing in these regions were subjected to crimes and violence by the Syrian Government.

CPT-IK for example has verified the report of a Kurdish cook who was beheaded by Syrian Government Forces in Raqqa (Mansoura)

This is by now a pattern; a strategy even.

Syrian Government Media First denies the reports and actively spreads disinformation to discredit the local reports and testimonies - after the STG consolidates their position, the STG directly or indirectly confirms the reports.

Yesterday a Syrian researcher posted a thread highlighting that the Syrian Government has dismissed a Syrian General/Commander for launching the operation to seize Raqqa and Deirezzor.
He argues that this a sign of nation building as it implies that the STG is punishing those who act outside of the command structure of the STG; while this is certainly true - from another angle:
This is also evidence that the Syrian Government does not have control over its forces nor military command.
The operation to seize Raqqa and DeZ was not planned to be carried out in this manner and time period.
This is important for 2 things:
1. The STG has proven with this operation that they do not abide by the orders given by the USA; further: it is evidence that the Jolani administration does not have full control over its military. The USA does not have tolerance for this behaviour and it will show its consequences in the long run.
2. The STG was not prepared for the takeover of Raqqa and DeZ; it leaves a major security vacuum open and the resources+measures to stabilise the regions will have to be improvised.
If the Jolani administration would’ve wanted to take over these regions properly, they would’ve used their military instead of relying on tribesmen that have always created chaos and now demand more authority over the regions from the STG as they were the ones whom *liberated the Jazeera*

These developments will have severe consequences in the long run.

From 2015 to 2017,as an international volunteer fighting ISIS during the siege of Kobani and the liberation of Raqqa,I watched this material closely. We studied it to understand their tactics, extract intelligence, and anticipate their moves. Back then, we were in their crosshairs.Today,we are again. Nothing has changed.
Then,they called the Kurds “PKK” and “kuffar.” They still do.
Then,they were Salafi jihadists. They still are.
The difference is not ideology. It is presentation.
Now they have Western backing, a UN seat, and when they speak to foreign press they adopt Western legalism. They talk about state sovereignty. They label Kurds as “rebels” and “separatists.” They frame their actions as “security operations.” Their fighters are no longer called mujahideen but “internal security services.”

Yet when they speak to their base, they release this footage. And the language, imagery, and intent are identical to when they called themselves the Islamic State instead of the Syrian Arab Republic.

I keep pointing to this, over and over, like a madman. But the truth is not hidden. It is visible to anyone willing to look.

When von der Leyen goes to Damascus with hundreds of millions of euros while Jolani’s forces siege Kurdish neighborhoods in Aleppo and kill the same people who stood with the world to defeat ISIS, she knows exactly who he is.

When Trump calls him a “tough cookie,” he knows exactly who he is.

There is no illusion here. This is not a mystery. They all know he is a Salafi jihadist. They all know his forces are a whitewashed band of killers.

They simply chose convenience. They silenced their own media. They played along. And they all took part in the dismantling and annihilation of Kurdish-led autonomy in northern Syria.

They are all complicit.

YPG fighter Baran from Britain,who made the call from Kobanê positions,stated that participation in social mobilization and resistance should not be limited to virtual media post. Baran reminded that during the Kobanê resistance, YPG defended not only the Kurdish people, but all the people of the world against ISIS barbarism. He emphasized that the attention of the world public opinion should be redirected to Kobane today, as it was then.
Also Baran was also one of the leading commanders of the Tishrin resistance.

An Arab fighter and a YPG veteran..

The Hashd Al Shaabi (PMF) in Iraq - specifically the lesser known Saraya Awliya Al-Dam released a video showcasing their underground missile and bunker complex in Iraq.
This is a show of force within the context of the rising tensions between Iran and the USA/Israel

2 things:

1. Faction is called Saraya Awliya Al Dam not Awalea Al-Dam (!); it’s a lesser known faction by PMF policy.
Saraya Awlia Al Dam (SAD) was created as a military proxy group of Katayib Hezbollah, Asayib Al Haq and Katayib Saraya Al Shuhada in 2020.
All are part of the Islamic Resistance Factions and have created this proxy unit to not be held responsible for retaliation attacks by the USA/Israel.
SAD is not a widely known faction to the public but they have been responsible for a series of attacks targeting US forces across Iraq and Syria in response to the assassination of Soleimani (2020).
