The application is merely a document to identify the already identified ISIS members and family members.
There will be no court, no legal battle nor any repercussions.

Ahmed Salih Al-Debu, also known as Ebû Esed El Gilêzî. Originally from the Til Temir countryside.
Between 2013-2015, he served as an explosives expert within ISIS and was responsible for the Til Temir area and the Kezwana (Abduleziz) Mountain in the Hasaka countryside. During that period, due to his famous work (in 2014), Al-Baghdadi sent him a horse. In 2016, when the rescue operation against Al-Shaddadi began, he fled to Turkey and disappeared. Now he is responsible for the assassination squad within ISIS. He took part in the killing of hundreds of civilians in Raqqa and Tabqa.
He has direct connections with MIT. Because before the attacks on January 6, 2026, he was hiding in Serê Kaniyê. On January 4, he went to the Um Midfa village near Bedir Saeed Al-Hamdan's house and then moved to Raqqa. He is currently responsible for the assassination and explosive unit formed by ISIS members within HTS in Raqqa.

As the Syrian Government was preparing its attack on the SDF - the Syrian Government launched an unprecedented propaganda and misinformation campaign against the SDF and the Kurdish people.
Among many narratives - one very dominant narrative was that the SDF is an ally of the Assad regime and therefore Russia - today we are seeing the government of Russia not only warmly greeting Jolani but also congratulating him on his campaign against the SDF; the narrative that the SDF is allies with the Assad-Russia axis is nonsense.
Worse than that, the Syrian Government is actively rebuilding relationships with a Government that carried out unprecedented massacres against the Syrian people in their efforts to stabilise Assad’s rule over Syria.
