According to information we have obtained from reliable sources, the KRG is not allowing young people from Southern Kurdistan to cross the Semalka border gate to participate in the mobilization call in Rojava. Dozens of young people are currently waiting at the Semalka gate. It's not enough to allow aid to pass; the passage of young people who have come for mobilization must also be permitted.

The application is merely a document to identify the already identified ISIS members and family members.
There will be no court, no legal battle nor any repercussions.

Between 2013-2015, he served as an explosives expert within ISIS and was responsible for the Til Temir area and the Kezwana (Abduleziz) Mountain in the Hasaka countryside. Now he is responsible for the assassination squad within ISIS. He took part in the killing of hundreds of civilians in Raqqa and Tabqa.
He has direct connections with MIT. Because before the attacks on January 6, 2026, he was hiding in Serê Kaniyê. On January 4, he went to the Um Midfa village near Bedir Saeed Al-Hamdan's house and then moved to Raqqa. He is currently responsible for the assassination and explosive unit formed by ISIS members within HTS in Raqqa.
