Hayat Tahir al Sham journalist Zeno (voice of the people) is live posting the release of ISIS prisoners from Al Aqtan prison in Raqqah - the prison which holds 2000 high value ISIS prisoners.
🚨The Prisons Administration of the Autonomous Administration:
♦️ A designated section of Al-Aqtan Prison in Raqqa city housed a number of juveniles, some of whom had been involved in various crimes for which official complaints had been filed by citizens, while others had fallen victim to recruitment and exploitation by the ISIS terrorist organization.
♦️ Due to security conditions, the Prisons Administration transferred these juveniles approximately three months ago from the juvenile detention center to Al-Aqtan Prison.
♦️ During their time in prison, they received special treatment in accordance with international standards.
♦️ Comprehensive rehabilitation programs were provided, aimed at reforming their behavior, rehabilitating them psychologically and socially, and ensuring their successful reintegration into society after their release.

The Syrian Government begins its second phase of its war against the Kurdish People.
Moussa al-Omar, a STG individual who belongs to the inner circle of Jolani is holding tribal councils across Raqqah and Deirezzor and explains to tribal leaders that Kurds are not native to Syria.
This is precisely what we have warned about when we stated that a presidential decree is meaningless and can be revoked at any time.
When the Syrian Government holds tribal meetings to align the tribes of Syria with the narrative that Kurds are not native to Syria - then this is why we do not trust the Syrian Government and why we can not simply trust the rhetoric of Jolani.
