📌 The inability of these factions to achieve any military progress on the ground has driven them to adopt a policy of indiscriminate and deliberate shelling, targeting residential areas, hospitals, and service facilities.

📌 The repeated targeting of hospitals and health centers cannot be considered an accident or a military error; rather, it is a deliberate act aimed at paralyzing life in the two neighborhoods.

📌 The continuation of these grave crimes and violations threatens to lead to massacres against civilians.

📌 We hold the Turkish state directly responsible for these crimes.

📌 We urgently appeal to the Syrian people in all their diversity to stand united with our people in Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh.

📌 We call upon the international community and all international and human rights organizations and institutions to intervene immediately and urgently to put an end to these violations and block the perpetrators.
