Turkish State Activities on the Border Line!
Excavation works, concrete pouring, and installation of barbed wire border fences are being carried out inside Turkish territory, along the border line opposite the Dêrik/Al Malikiyah region.
According to the information received by private source, the Turkish state is carrying out excavation and concrete pouring works on the Turkish border line opposite the Çilaxa region (starting from the village of Xirbe Belka, passing through the villages of Batirzan and Dêrna Axê, and extending to the border line opposite the Tirbespiyê district).
At the same time, they are installing barbed wire border fences approximately three meters high. There is a road behind the wall, and behind the road, barbed wire is being installed along the entire border line in the mentioned area.
In addition, according to reports, they are digging a large trench that allows vehicles to pass through.

It has also been observed that two concrete mixer trucks belonging to the Turkish state are operating near the border line opposite the villages of Delavê Kera and Mêrka Mîra on the Turkish side, and according to information, they are pouring concrete into the trenches.
In recent times, the Turkish state has built a border protection outpost opposite the village of Eyndîwar, which is affiliated with the Dêrik district. It has also repaired the border line that was damaged by heavy floods opposite the village of Zuhêriye (also affiliated with the Dêrik district).

Iran carried out 2 new drone attacks against the Kurdish opposition forces from Rojhelat in the Autonomous Region of Kurdistan.

Two Kurdish Political Prisoners Executed in Iran
Ramin Zaleh and Karim Maroufpour, two Kurdish political prisoners, were executed in Iran early Wednesday, May 21, 2026.
Ramin Zaleh, from Naqadeh in West Azerbaijan (Urmia) Province, had previously been sentenced to death in December 2025 by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court in Mahabad. He was charged with “acting against national security through membership in a Kurdish opposition party (baghi)".
Karim Maroufpour, also from Naqadeh, was arrested by security forces in Sardasht in April 2021 and was reportedly beaten during his arrest.
According to reports, both prisoners were detained on charges of cooperating with the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan and were held for long periods in enforced disappearance without contact with their families.
