The Syrian Government confirms that the military base has been handed over completely.
From this day on, there is no Counter-ISIS US presence in Syria anymore.
I always find such things interesting:
40% of this statement consists of the Syrian Government glorifying itself.
>We are fully capable
>We are very professional
>We are extremely committed to [positive notion]

Syria - Damascus
The Syrian people gathered today at the Al Azma square in Damascus to protest the deteriorating living conditions as well as the massive rise in costs of living.
Syrian forces (MOI) are attacking the protestors; forbidding them from filming the protest as well as demanding that the protesters leave the area.
Nine civilians, some in critical condition, were injured during the "Law and Dignity" sit-in at Yusuf al-Azma Square in Damascus by supporters of the interim government.
