CPT IK has documented and verified the report of a Kurdish civilian who has been beheaded by Forces of the Syrian Government in Raqqah
On January 18 the Kurdish men Rashid Mohammed who worked as a cook attempted to flee from Raqqah (Mansoura) but he was stopped and kidnapped by Syrian Government forces.
He has been beheaded and his body shows marks of torture.
Rashid Mohammed is originally from Afrin, he had been displaced from there due to the invasion and occupation of Afrin by the Turkish military,
