The problem is not memorizing the Quran, as this is a religious and educational right, but rather exploiting these activities to spread the extremist ideologies of ISIS and Al-Qaeda among children and women, and turning religious institutions and occasions into tools for jihadist ideological mobilization.
There must be a clear distinction between religious education and the spread of extremist terrorist ideology.

25 young men from the city of Kobanî are stranded on the border between Eastern and Southern Kurdistan.
25 young men, who are asylum seekers, announced through a video published on the Iran–Iraq border (Rojhilat–Başûr) that they were arrested by the Peshmerga after entering the Kurdistan Region and were taken into Eastern Kurdistan. They were also arrested by Iranian security forces and returned to the Kurdistan Region, where they were arrested again.
They are now stranded in the border areas without water or food and are calling for help.
Nothing else is expected from the Islamic Republic, but the Kurdistan Region, which has hosted hundreds of ISIS members and leaders of Saddam Hussein’s Ba’athist regime in the most luxurious areas, cannot really accommodate 25 people temporarily, or at least treat asylum seekers humanely?
