Iran targeted Komala in Sulaymaniyah!

Komala (Organization of Revolutionary Toilers of Iranian Kurdistan) announced that 8 of its Peshmerga fighters were killed and others were wounded in missile attacks carried out in Sulaymaniyah this morning.

A further 10 to 11 fighters from other Iranian Kurdish groups have been killed in several previous attacks since the war began.

The death toll from Friday morning's IRGC missile strike on a headquarters of the Komala Party of Iranian Kurdistan in the Zrgwez area of Sulaymaniyah has risen to 9 Peshmerga fighters, with several others wounded.

The IRGC has overnight and this morning launched a series of attacks against the Autonomous Region of Kurdistan.

The first wave of attacks was aimed at Hawler (Erbil) - several drones were launched to strike sites of the US military within the KRG; the drones were intercepted.

Then this morning, the IRGC launched an attack on a camp of the Komala south of Slemani city. 8 Peshmerga of the Komala have been martyred, 13 others are wounded and at least 1 Peshmerga has succumbed to his wounds.
This marks a major escalation in the attacks by the IRGC against Kurdish forces from Rojhelat.

The IRGC has again implemented its strategy of units that operate autonomously - pre designated sites are being struck at will, without orders from the IRGC command structure.
These units use drones from hidden storage sites.
