Eyewitnesses from the Al-Samar area, located between Kasab and Ras al-Basit on the Syrian coast, reported the construction of Turkish telecommunications bases and towers atop several high hills overlooking the region. This construction is taking place amidst unusually heavy security measures that have raised numerous questions among residents.

According to eyewitnesses who spoke to Dar News Network, the roads leading to these bases and towers are heavily guarded by General Security personnel. Concrete barriers have also been erected around the sites, a move described by local residents as reflecting a high level of fortification and protection compared to the nature of the existing facilities.

In the same context, local sources from the Syrian coast revealed to our network that a number of citizens have noticed their mobile phones receiving messages from the Syrian network indicating that they have entered Turkish territory, despite being within Syrian territory.

The sources noted that the real purpose is not economic benefit as much as it is practically a sale of the Syrian coast to Turkey, and the deployment of the towers aims to monitor communications coming out and coming from the Syrian coastal regions.

Car bomb explodes in Al-Bab

Local sources said the explosion took place near the Al-Nasir mosque near the Senter roundabout in the city of Al-Bab in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. Initial reports indicate that there were injuries in the incident. According to sources, the bomb was planted in the car of a commander of the Ministry of Defense.

🚨N. Syria: Bloody attacks on civilians in rural Idlib over accusations of ties to the former regime

A group of locals carried out a brutal attack on an elderly civilian in the Kafr Takharim area of rural Idlib, accusing him of collaborating with the former regime. They dragged him through the streets and tortured him in a barbaric manner. He is believed to have died from his injuries.

A similar attack took place in the Kafr Oweid area of rural Idlib, targeting civilian homes.

Gunmen also shot and killed a young man near his car in KafrOweid, accusing him of ties to the former regime.

So far, it remains unclear how the accusations of collaboration were made against these individuals , even though these areas have been outside the former regime’s control for more than 13 years. Some residents suggested the attacks occurred simply because the victims had lived in areas previously held by the regime.
